What happens if a client doesn’t have all platforms set up?

Clients can proceed with platforms they have. Partial access works.

What happens if a client partially completes onboarding?

The system still captures what was connected. Both you and your client receive an email summary of what was shared.

Google Ads could not be connected.

There are some known issues with Google Ads. Following some known issues:

• A new Google Ads account must be fully activated before it can be connected to Connexify.
