Can I customize the branding of my onboarding form?​

Yes! Connexify allows real-time customization of your link form, including branding options. For this feature, you'll need to have at least a medium plan.

How can I personalize a welcome page for a client?​

You can add ?name=ClientName to the end of your link. For example: https://www.connexify.io/welcome/my-link?name=Alex.

Tip: If the name includes spaces or special characters, use URL encoding.
Example: name=Anna%20Maria

Can I hide Connexify branding from my welcome pages?​

Yes, you can remove the footer and placeholder logo to create a cleaner, whitelabeled experience.

Limiting link creation to 5 is a UX decision made to keep things simple and organized. Each link is reusable — meaning you don’t need a new link for every client. Instead, you can create links for different use cases (for example, one link for Google Ads + Analytics access, another for Meta).
